The Shift by ReRise is a premium weekend retreat designed for high-achieving women ready to embrace their next chapter with clarity and purpose. Focused on connection, growth, and reinvention, it creates space to explore new directions in life. I developed the brand identity for The Shift, ensuring its visual expression reflects the essence of empowerment and transformation at its core.
Overview
The design approach aimed to capture the retreat’s core values of intentionality, transformation, and connection. The visual identity balances sophistication with warmth, reflecting the retreat’s intimate yet aspirational tone.
At the heart of the identity is a logo depicting a flower emerging from converging paths, a symbol of growth, alignment, and new beginnings. The palette, typography, and layout choices were crafted to evoke calm focus and forward movement, mirroring the retreat’s goal of helping women redefine success on their own terms.
Challenge
It was important that The Shift's brand identity captured the depth of transformation and direction the retreat offers without leaning on clichés of luxury or femininity. The identity needed to feel both elevated and approachable, embodying a sense of grounded empowerment. This balance was achieved through symbolic storytelling, uplifting photographic direction, a sophisticated tonal palette and a contemporary serif brand font.
